I'm beginning to love my hob & hood...

& not forgetting my multi-purpose rice cooker (pan, knife and many more)... lol.

Porridge cooked using rice cooker. :) It's my 1st ever attempt to cook porridge.

Spaghetti with meatballs & hot dogs

Well, mine are still far from good and needing more practices... =P

Nevertheless, I totally enjoy the cooking process. Each time I cook, I get to cook with love & learn to plan and challenge myself with new stuffs. In addition, I'm thankful to have my guinea pig hubby's loving support. hehe...

Often, I'd think of him and wonder where and how is he. His departure somehow feels like a dream that we couldn't wake up to. It's seems unreal and distant. 

It has been 1 month and 1 day since Ah gong had left us, it's a painful moment that, ironically, I don't wish to forget. All these memories with him have suddenly become so precious that I hope that I could record every single one of them down. I kept a photo of him in my updating album so that I would always see it whenever I download my photos from the camera.

I walked down my memory lanes and am sad to know that the memories of younger days have gradually becoming blur. It could be that I was too young then and that many other things get along in life. I pray that I would never lose them all..

When we are young, he used to hit our backside while we were on his laps. He always sleep on the floor. Weekends were always at his coffeestall and...

I know that I haven't been writing much... posting photos is certainly the easier way out. =P.



However, I do have much that I would love to journal down. As I am entering into my quarter of century, I realised that there are too many happenings, emotions and thoughts that I wish to remember. But it just gets harder to recall those precious details that pieced up my life. Hence, I hope that these words and photos could help in my recollection for the many years to come. :)

We started the year with our first home in mind. After a couple of units viewing around the west, we eventually decided on the first one that we had viewed. We love the location for it has plenty amenties like coffeeshops, supermarkets, mrt station and also a shopping centre. It is very near the central yet away from the crowd and noises.
